The company

El Grupo Prime is the public name. Two companies sit under it. One is the parent. The other does the work in Colombia.

Grupo Prime Inc.

The parent, incorporated in the United States. It is the company that owns the group. Software made for the house, and the intellectual property in that software, is held here.

Grupo Prime S.A.S.

A Colombian company, and the operating company of the group. The office is in Medellín. The mobile applications are worked on from there.

Property and counsel

The products and their intellectual property belong to the company. They are not personal projects of the people who build them, and they are not licensed away to a publisher. Protection is handled with counsel.

Counsel is retained in Bogotá and in the United States. The lawyers advise the companies. They are not the office, and they do not own the products.
